Mission
Cancer affects the whole family, not just the patient. When someone in a family has cancer, everyone takes on new roles and responsibilities There may also new financial burdens. The Give a Gift Foundationis a 501(c) 3, nonprofit organization, that is commited to help cancer patients and their families emotionally, spiritually and financially.
What we do
To date The Give a Gift Foundation has helped over 150 families with their needs. These include houseing costs, utilities, prescription medication. transportation costs groceries and wigs. Our ongoing goal is to reach out and help many more victims and their families.
Board of Directors
Our Board Members know first hand the loss, grief, turmoil and financial burden that in inflicted on the family when a loved one is ill. Cancer has touched the personal lives of several of our founding Board Members. They have lost parents and relatives from this devastating disease and therefore, have made a personal commitment to help other families in need.
